Hello from Maputo, Mozambique!

Woo, I made it! Besides arriving at staging in Philly like 4 hours late everything else has gone smoothly and the 15 hour flight over here was no big deal. I'm in a hotel for 2-3 days before we head out for training so I'll have a little bit of internet. So far the weather is beautiful and I really like the group of volunteers that I am here with. Miss you all!

Flight cancelled...

Well, I arrived at Manchester airport this morning and my flight to Philadelphia was cancelled about 30 seconds after checking in. Luckily the airline worker pulled some strings and got me on the next flight at 11:30....let's hope that flight leaves on time...

I fly out tomorrow for Philadelphia and will head to Mozambique on Tuesday. Stay in touch!!!!
